Broker Partnerships Manager

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Reporting to: Sales Director

Salary: Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission

As we continue to grow our presence in the broker market, we are looking for a driven, commercially focused Broker Partnerships Manager to help us develop new broker relationships and win new business.

 

The Role

We are looking for someone who is motivated by winning new business, opening doors and building a strong pipeline of broker opportunities.

The Broker Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging and signing new broker partners who can benefit from Complete ASAP’s conveyancing services. You will be expected to create opportunities, run commercial conversations, overcome objections and convert prospects into active partners.

This isn’t just about signing up individual brokers, although that will be an important part of the role. We’re looking for someone who can build meaningful relationships across the broker market, including broker firms, networks, introducers and key contacts who influence where conveyancing work is referred.

You’ll need to be confident identifying the right opportunities, opening conversations at different levels, and building relationships that create long-term commercial value. The focus is on developing a strong pipeline of new broker partnerships, understanding how each business operates, and positioning Complete ASAP as a credible partner that can support their clients, improve the transaction journey and create additional revenue opportunities.

Once a broker partner is signed and onboarded, they will be supported by our internal broker account manager, who will help manage the ongoing relationship and grow the account over time.

That means your focus will be on new partnerships, sales activity and revenue generation.

This role would suit a confident and driven salesperson with previous experience selling into, or working within, the mortgage broker or estate agency sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Find, approach and convert new broker partners.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through outbound sales activity, referrals, events, networking and campaign follow-up.
  • Run discovery calls, sales meetings and commercial conversations with prospective partners.
  • Position Complete ASAP’s services clearly, linking them to the prospect’s business needs, client journey and revenue opportunity.
  • Manage prospects through the sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Hand new partners over to the internal broker account manager once signed.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and share market insight with the wider team.

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a driven new business salesperson with previous experience in the mortgage broker or estate agency sector.

You’ll need to be confident approaching prospects, opening doors, building rapport and managing opportunities from first conversation through to close. The right person will be organised, commercially aware, resilient and motivated by sales targets.

You should bring:

  • A proven track record of generating new business and hitting sales targets.
  • Confidence leading commercial conversations, building credibility quickly and creating momentum through the sales process.
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills and a credible, consultative approach.
  • Energy, resilience and the persistence needed to convert prospects into signed partners.

Success in this role will be measured by new business growth.

You will be expected to:

  • Build a strong pipeline of broker prospects.
  • Create regular new sales opportunities.
  • Sign new broker partners.
  • Generate referral activity from newly acquired partners.
  • Deliver against agreed acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Hand over new partners smoothly to the internal broker account manager.
  • Help grow Complete ASAP’s presence and reputation in the broker market.
